The nature trail goes through the woods part of the nature-landscape park by the Konopiště chateau (national monument) not far from the town of Benešov. It acquaints with the time of Františka Ferdinand d’Este, the park’s history and contemporary situation, the wood in all his forms, hunting, wood management and various flora and fauna of the woods.

The trail leads on a wood road or path. Its beginning and end are marked by the nature trails signs and a pheasant symbol. The route is lead along a part of the walking circuit marked by red-white square.
