The cultural hall U Martina in the building of the former Baroque rebuilt church is used for cultural events (concerts, author readings, exhibitions), wedding ceremonies are also held here. It is also rented out to other entities to organise cultural events that are suitable for their dramaturgy. The former mortuary houses the exhibition From the Karel Král Museum.
It commemorates the most famous native of Sázava, actor, writer, playwright and lyricist Jiří Voskovec (1905-1981), who, together with Jan Werich and Jaroslav Ježek, was one of the prominent personalities of the legendary Liberated Theatre in the 1920s and 1930s.
The monastery was founded in 1032 by Prince Oldřich and hermit Prokop. Under the administration of the National Institute of Natural History in Prague, you can go on a sightseeing tour of Svatoprokopská Sázava. The pilgrimage site of St. Prokop under the administration of the Roman Catholic parish offers a tour of the Czech patron saint St. Prokop.
